Premonition

On the morning my sister died, before I found out, I had the feeling / image of a sort of 'earthquake' or may be more of an upheaval. I still can't sort out for myself whether it was physical or mental or both. It felt like a premonition of something happening. I say 'pre-' but it felt like what was happening was already happening.

First I checked Japan Times On-Line for earthquakes, as I still have ties there. Nothing. Then I messaged a friend in CA as there is always the possibility of earthquakes on the west coast. Nothing. And finally I i checked the USGS* website. Again nothing.

An hour or so later, I heard that my sister had suddenly died that morning, about an hour or two earlier.

I have only had the odd psychic experience before, but it did feel like a premonition at the time. And it still does.
